Why Rapid Machining?
Rapid Machining recognizes that product designers and new product developers
require machined metal and plastic prototypes in the same timeframe as other
prototype components such as SLA models, sheet metal parts, and metal castings.
In other words,

WE GET IT. Rapid Machining understands that
the Trade Show date is not moving, your internal project date has management
visibility, and that your customer's order is time dependent. If we fail to
deliver your machined parts when you need them, your decision to use Rapid
Machining comes into question and may very well impact your next raise or even
your job. Therefore Rapid Machining does whatever it takes to keep our delivery
promise and help you hit your deadline. To do this, it requires a RAPID
ATTITUDE.
RAPID ATTITUDE. Rapid Machining employees make
things happen (we won’t comment on the allegations of coffee IV drips). It
starts by jumping on quotes right away. If we see anything needing
clarification, we contact you immediately. Orders don’t sit around - your parts
are typically programmed within 24 hours of receipt of the order and chips are
being cut shortly thereafter. And once your parts are complete, if we miss the
UPS or FEDEX pickup, our truck sprints to the airport drop-off site so you don't
wait an extra day. But a Rapid Attitude does not work without EXPERIENCE.
EXPERIENCE. Our employees average over 20
years manufacturing experience and we rely on seasoned machinists to stream-line
part manufacturing and smooth out any bumps. The majority of our machinists can
do any job in the shop including programming, setting up all machining centers,
and even shipping parts. Why is this important? Because their critical knowledge
gained through those years of experience ensure your parts get shipped on time.
